What is needed to use?

Just download the app from Google Play or the App Store, register, and add a payment method to add credits so you can help yourself whenever you want.

How can I serve myself?

In the app, click on "purchase," point your phone's camera at the QR Code on the desired tap screen, and confirm the purchase. The system will inform you that the tap is ready for use. Place your glass underneath and pull the tap to serve yourself. On the screen, you can track the quantity served in milliliters. When you finish serving yourself, the purchase will be completed, the amount will be deducted from your credits, and a receipt will be sent to your registered email.

How is calibration done?

The UXPay system utilizes the most modern technologies so that calibration is never needed, ensuring the highest level of precision in measurement at all times.

Does the system cause foam?

No, the connectors and materials used are designed to prevent turbulence in the beverage line and provide a better extraction experience. All materials in the line are food-grade and can undergo standard cleaning used in draft beer systems.

Can I use any tap?

Yes, you have the freedom to use various different elements to utilize UXPay's self-service feature. However, there are recommended models and brands to avoid issues during extraction. Consult our experts to learn everything about taps.

Can I know how much is left in each keg?

In the app, you specify which beer is in each tap, the cost per liter, and the volume of the connected keg. The system keeps track of how many liters are left in each keg and notifies you through a notification on your phone when it's running low. You can configure how many remaining liters you want to be notified about and plan ahead to replace the keg.

What does my team need to operate?

The system is completely autonomous; your customers can help themselves without the need for an employee at the checkout to add credits and without service to serve. But if you still prefer to have your own team of waiters to serve, they can use the system in Employee mode and have total control over how many liters each member of your team has extracted and how many liters are still left in each keg.

How is the age verification of users performed?

Age verification is done through a life proof, using a photo of a valid document, a selfie, and comparison of data with the Federal Revenue Service to ensure that the user is of legal age and their document is genuine, all in less than 2 minutes.
